Resonant CFO resigns after only a month and website downtime -2

Resonant's CFO has resigned just over a month after joining the company.  The former CFO will resume his duties until a replacement can be found.

This could be a sign of trouble at the company, or merely with the person who was recently hired.  Don't be surprised to see a stock like RESN trade down on the news, though.

As an operational note, the website will be down for most of the day on Sunday, due to planned maintenance at our hosting facility.  Email communications should still be functioning normally.
