Resonant prices stock offering ?2

Resonant has priced from 5.7 to 6.5M shares at $3.50 each for over 25% dilution.  While that price may be disappointing to some, I am glad that there are no warrants attached.  This is probably not the last of the capital raises, but it is easy to imagine that things get better from here even if the company's revenue ramps even at the slower pace projected in the last report.
