Resonant preps stock offering -2

As expected, Resonant has announced a share offering, but there are no details, other than Needham doing the book-running, yet.  The longer it takes for the terms to be set, the worse, most likely.  I don't view current stock pricing as either surprising for favorable.  The market is pricing in almost a 15% discount from recent prices, and we'll just have to hope that is overblown and that there are no warrants.
