Resonant and The Street Sweeper ?1

Those who have been reading my work for a long time already know that I have a pretty low opinion of analysis from The Street Sweeper and its founder, Manual Asensio.  Today that organization has published a note about Resonant, which seems to be affecting shares despite the fact that I see little value in it beyond the danger of upcoming dilution that I've already noted.  Again, the best near-term indicator of RESN value is likely to be inferable from the terms of the upcoming financing.
