MicroVision withdraws S3 and files S1 -2

MicroVision has withdrawn its S-3 to raise $60M and filed a new S-1 to raise $15M instead.  Although this means less dilution, the change was probably due to lack of demand, and of course that would not be a good sign.  At least we should now be able to expect some actual terms soon.
