InvenSense gets regulatory clearances +3

InvenSense now has all regulatory approvals for its acquisition by TDK.  INVN is up about 3% on the announcement, to $12.90.  That means RoC from here to close of the transaction in 4 months or so is about 2% annualized, which is not of interest to me.  The final step is the formality of the shareholder vote on May 17.

I still expect to make my notes public, along with other website changes.  Please register for that if you have not.
