InvenSense buyout rumors gain detail +3

Reuters is reporting that TDK is making an offer of $12 per share.  That price seems high to me, and I would expect TDK to only be interested in the hardware aspects of the InvenSense business. It's certainly possible the rest could be sold off after the fact, but I'm still regarding this with only mild curiousity.
