InvenSense works with Panasonic and Sonion +1

InvenSense is out with two announcements before earnings, tonight.

The first is a collaboration with Panasonic to develop motion sensors for automotive safety applications.  Although the announcement hits all the right buzz words, like ADAS, InvenSense was thought to already be well along on this path.  Given the lack of detail, it's hard to be very positive about this one.

The second is a product announcement for two hearing aids from Sonion, which use InvenSense microphones.  This is a legitimate positive, but its hard to imagine that the volumes can be all that significant.

I'll be paying more attention to the guidance and color in tonight's call than announcements like these.
