InvenSense in the latest iPad +1

iFixit is out with a tear down of the 9.7" iPad Pro, and it confirms 6-axis motion sensing from InvenSense.  This functions as a general data point about the relationship with Apple, but I don't place so much importance on that.  The iPad volumes have dwindled low enough that this barely has an impact on actual earnings.  Consequently, another iFixit tear down of the iPhone SE, adding confirmation of what we'd already heard from ChipWorks seems just as worthy of mention. 

There's about one month to go until the next earnings report from InvenSense, and I continue to think that info about extending the business beyond the mobile market is most important.  Management moves at Intel, are interesting also, and I see the coming shift in consumer devices as eventually good for InvenSense.
