Cross-licensing and charge NOT for STMicro ?3

In the most recent 10-Q, the recently discussed cross-licensing agreement and associated $11.7M GAAP-only charge is characterized as being from "another competitor" (than STMicro).  So my guess on that is definitely wrong.  While other guesses are possible, I'm not sure how useful they are.  We'll just have to wait and see when further details are announced.
