InvenSense insider sale -1

Readers keep asking about the CEO's stock sale, reported last night, so I'll give in and just comment for everyone.

The short answer is, it doesn't particularly bother me.  If one is compensated in shares, virtually the only reasonable action to take is to sell them regularly, otherwise one's portfolio would become unbalanced.  Furthermore, this is a pre-planned sale, of less than 17% of Abdi's total stake.  There are cases where insider sales bother me, in conjunction with other data.  This isn't one of them.

My apologies to those of you who are essentially reading this twice.
