InvenSense at upcoming investor conferences +1

InvenSense has scheduled a slew of upcoming investor presentations.  These are typically mildly positive catalysts:

  • Behrooz Abdi, president and CEO, will present at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference 2015 in San Francisco on Wednesday, Feb. 11th at 9:40 a.m. PT. 
  • Mark Dentinger, chief financial officer, will take part in the Oppenheimer 5th Annual Research Summit in London on Wednesday, Feb. 11th.  No webcast is provided for this event.
  • Dentinger will present at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference in San Francisco on Monday, March 2nd at 3:50 p.m. PT. 
  • Abdi will present at the 27th Annual Roth Conference in Dana Point, Calif. on Monday, March 9th.  The time of the presentation will be posted to the investor relations portion of the company's website when available. 
  • Dentinger will present at the Piper 2015 TMT Conference in New York City on Wednesday, March 11th. The time of the presentation will be posted to the investor relations portion of the company's website when available. 
With the rebate rate still hovering between 24 and 25%, I continue to believe that the trend will be gradually upwards here, as short sellers try to choose their exit points.  That said, they also sometimes try to engineer their exit points, so don't be surprised to see FUD-raking of the sort that is common in some of the comments on my articles. 

This goes for OLED too, and it's possible that there will be a larger, more concerted effort, as has happened in the past with that stock.  SA even published a couple of articles by one Contributor who had previously been indicted for securities fraud.  You can look at this comment and search for "Asensio" to see more in that same article.
