Xebec expands American manufacturing with UECompression +3

Xebec has purchased UECompression for $8M.  Given the $35M in UEC sales projected for this year, the price seems quite reasonable, and the purchase adds 100K sqft of manufacturing space as well as hydrogen compression expertise.  Xebec expects to expands its Biostream and Hy.GEN production capacity five-fold to a total of 150 to 190 units using this facility.  Just as important to me is the major step toward being ready for primarily American income and U.S. stock listing.  American natural gas prices have been heading back up toward $6 as of late, and further reopening steps are likely to drive further energy demands.
