Xebec & eMagin 4Q20 schedules, server move, and much more ?4

Xebec has scheduled its fourth quarter report for the morning of March 25th.  The average of 7 analyst estimates is a loss of 1 cent per share from $23.2M of revenue, increasing to $26.0M this quarter.  FY21 revenue guidance should also be forthcoming, with management setting the minimum bar at $100M.  XEBEF is closer to reasonable valuation than other GRoDTs, and I'm surprised it hasn't run further in the wake of Clean Energy's JV with BP, which reinforces its ideal positioning for the energy transition both short and long term.  Even Schlumberger is piling into bioenergy, while fossil majors like Shell and progressive communities continue moving toward the exit.  However, in light of my operational concerns and broader market danger, I'm still unwilling to chase XEBEF above the $5.80 price I've referenced.  For the record, I'm also unimpressed with Wesport's initial hydrogen testing results.  They bode well for future development, but current prices are extremely unlikely to have continuity with what happens many years from now, in my opinion.  For current investments, I'm much more interested in near-term developments in the natural gas and energy markets.

eMagin's earnings are scheduled a week earlier, on the morning of March 18th.  Only one analyst still covers the company, estimating a 3 cent loss per share from $7.5M of revenue, with no forward estimate.  With the stock participating in the resurgent GRoDT mania, I will keep my comments brief.

Nokia's Capital Markets Day, earlier that same morning will get a little more attention from me, since new guidance will be given.  The company also made other announcements including what it calls the first cloud-native platform for real-time O-RAN edge management, and an unspecified display patent license with Samsung.

Finally, note that CrowdWisers will be upgrading servers after tonight's Energy Recovery earnings report, which will include my commentary on yesterday's DuPont call.  Disruption should be minimal, but speak up if you notice anything unusual by tomorrow morning.
