Xebec organizational changes ?3

Xebec has announced the resignation of its Chief Operating Officer without explanation, saying only that it expects to replace him in "due course".  This is being combined with and placed below the President of Xebec Europe, from HyGear, being given the same title for Xebec's new Global Hydrogen group.

I've been worried about operational execution at Xebec in relation to the stock price, and don't see the apparently attempted deflection here as a good sign.
