Xebec & Resonant 3Q20 schedules ?3

Xebec has scheduled it third quarter earnings report for the morning of November 10th.  2 analysts cover the company and their projections are for one Canadian cent of EPS, give or take a penny, from 22.9M Canadian dollars of revenue, plus or minus half a million.  The latter figure comes to $17.4M with the Canadian dollar at 75 U.S. cents.  Natural gas is up to $2.99 even as oil languishes, but anything less than steady growth from the company could come as a disappointment with the stock at $4.  I've already noted that growing pains are a possibility, and I will be curious about any updated commentary on hydrogen, since the majors seem to be looking to move more quickly than Xebec was expecting.

Resonant has scheduled its third quarter report for the evening of the same day.  Having gone the Wall St. route, the company has estimates from 5 analysts and they average out to a loss of ten cents per share from $1.2M of revenue, declining to $760K this quarter.  The fact that Resonant has already tipped $1.4M of revenue shows you just how much credence you should give the sell side.  Those analysts will probably be looking for some prospective timing on milestones 3 & 4, and so will I.  Apparently, just signing the contract was the first milestone, so without quick movement, further dilution seems likely.  Mavenir also had to cut the size of its IPO by 8% to 12.5M shares as the market becomes more cautious about 5G rollout pace and costs.  We'll know the pricing by the time MVNR starts trading tomorrow, and a figure toward lower end of the $20-24 range would represent another minor headwind.
