MicroVision $18M stock offering -3

MicroVision will be seeking to sell up to $18M of stock next week.  The pricing and number of shares will determine how bad this is, but it's hardly a surprise.  MVIS is down over 5% after hours, but that's a matter of cents at this point.

The company has also promoted a VP to COO.  More next week.
