to 5,476,191 shares today.
MicroVision has sold 4,761,905 shares at $2.10. Although this is below recent highs, it's not too bad from a price perspective. The share count represents a little over six and a half percent dilution. I'd expect the offering price to function as a floor, and the pre-market movement seems to support that viewpoint.
