MicroVision files to dilute again -6
placed $13M worth of shares for $1.07 each. About the best
that can be said here is that at least there are no warrants or
other toxic financing attached. Nonetheless, this represents
about 20% dilution. Management had better be putting the money to
MicroVision has filed to dilute shareholders again. No details have been determined yet, and the only things that can be said at this point are that MVIS is down below $1.20 after hours and that this placement at a set price seems better to me than the previous ATM offering just two and half months ago. We'll have to wait for the terms to see what the fundamental impact is.
