Microsoft's HoloLens Specs ?3

MicroVision didn't get much MWC coverage from me last week, but projectors built into mobile devices continue to garner interest.  I'm writing today, though, about something I think has far more potential.  AR (augmented reality) headsets, as exemplified by Microsoft's HoloLens.

There's been plenty of speculation, but no hard evidence that I've seen, that this product does or will use a laser module of the sort MicroVision provides.  The specs announced today certainly seem to point in that direction, though there is still no certainty.  While both AR and VR will have their place, my opinion is that AR will have broader long-term application.

Note that the HoloLens also incorporates motion sensing, of the sort that InvenSense and others provide.
