new MicroVision products on the horizon +2

GizNoise is reporting on a new MicroVision-based projector due on December 15th, from a company called ViewSmart.  It appears similar to the Sony MPCL1 except in some of the software characterizations.  Given the near-term release and lack of communication from MicroVision management, I'm guessing this is a repackage of the Sony module.  Note that GizNoise has previously arrived at the opinion that LBS projector technology would eventually win out in the mobile marketplace.

Furthermore, EE Times has also commented that STMicroelectronics is doing the production for the MPCL1, which reopens the possibility that Lenovo's Smartcast initiative will use MicroVision technology.  All of this is good, and could mean some rebound for MVIS.  Nonetheless, this remains a GRoDT stock to me, suitable only for small positions, until we see more evidence of marketplace penetration, accompanied by stable manufacturing and margins.  That, in turn, would enable some realistic valuation math.
