MariaDB going private at 55 cents per share and more +3

MariaDB has received a tender offer this morning to take it private at 55 cents per share.  MRDB shares currently trade just below 52 cents, so there's not a lot of upside here.  The company had gotten closer to, but not achieved breakeven, leaving it with just $1.76M in cash on the balance sheet.  Thus, I have little doubt this deal will be completed.

Slb has also announced another North Sea deal, but SLB shares have continued to decline along with the price of oil.

I'll also note the SEC approving eight spot Ethereum ETFs, and DuPont planning to split into three companies in 18 to 24 months.  The two spinoffs are focused on Electronics and Water, with the latter being of potential interest to ERII investors, since M&A is one of the reasons behind such a move.  A combination could be a means for Energy Recovery to move beyond being a mere component provider.  However, even though DuPont Water has 10x Energy Recovery's sales, I can't see an outright purchase anywhere near the current $13.40 price of ERII.  An all stock deal might make sense, though.
