eMagin preliminary 4Q17 results and updated prospectus ?3

eMagin has provided preliminary results for its fourth quarter, saying that revenue should come in between $6.2-6.4M.  That beats analyst estimates by half a million.  It's good to see the company recognizing revenue, but this projection is being provided in order to complete the placement that I'd already mentioned.  That process is dragging on and I'm concerned about the terms.
