EMAN dilution and more -1

eMagin has registered to sell 2M shares at $2.27.  That's a reasonably firm price based on recent activity, and not too much of a negative.  However, as already communicated, the company still has a long road ahead of it.

There is a lot of maneuvering going on in the broader market.  FoxConn is talking about buying or investing in JDI, which has finally acknowledged that there is no future for LCDs.  The Koreans continue to invest in development as well, but recent WiseChip results and demonstrations of its green PMOLED (passive matrix) TADF screens indicate that China continues to take the lead.  It's difficult to predict how that will play out with U.S.-based development efforts.
