Covanta has scheduled its first quarter report for the evening of May 7th.  The average of 8 analysts estimates comes to a loss of 22 cents per share from $458M in revenue, declining slightly to $457M this quarter.  The main question will be to what extent the company can continue hedge its energy sales.  I'm not surprised that CVA shares have continued to decline following the dividend, but think they are approaching a mid-point where risk and reward are equally balanced for the upcoming report.
