Covanta's Rookery gets environmental permit +1

Right on schedule, Covanta has announced that Rookery has received its environmental permit, which is the last major hurdle before construction can begin. 

With AES shares having appreciated again, CTL, BGCP & CVA are the best values that I can find in the current market and CVA is the surest of those.  Rookery should be the first of several projects in the U.K. and that will hopefully be followed by expansion in other countries.
