Covanta Fairfax facility resumes operation +2

Covanta's facility in Fairfax County, VA has resumed operation as projected.  With the ex-dividend date yesterday, we might see some January profit taking in CVA, amongst other stocks.  Patient long-term investors might use any dips below my $16.67 mark to build positions.
