trouble in Dublin -3

A subscriber points out this report of trouble with the ramp of Covanta's Dublin facility, where 11 workers were sent to a nearby hospital (not via ambulance) for evaluation, and two remained overnight.  Unlike some other factors that have affected CVA lately, this is a legitimate concern, though it's too early to measure the impact.  A preliminary investigation indicates

the release of the lime was due to a problem with a door seal in the fabric filter baghouse.
That seems very correctable, but employee health needs to be paramount.  I'll be waiting to hear from management or other sources on interaction with authorities and the community to that end.
