Covanta dividend and notes +1

As projected, Covanta has maintained its quarterly payment at 25 cents per share, with the next installment going ex-dividend on March 28.  Again,  I expect this to remain steady until at least next year, when we can start to hope for an increase.

The company also priced $400M of new bonds maturing in 2025 at 5.875%.  The proceeds are being used to payoff the 2020 notes which were at 7.25%.  So this is a minor positive.
