new high for CVA insider buys +2

The open market insider buys on CVA keep on coming, this time from CEO Stephen Jones.  He purchased 12,400 shares on Monday at an average price of $14.70, and then another 2,600 yesterday at $15.35.  As per my last Covanta note, the latter is the highest priced insider buy in the last year.
