yet another CVA OMIB +2

Joseph Holsten purchased 20,000 CVA shares on the open market last Thursday at an average price of $14.344 each.  This same director made very large purchases on the open market just about a year ago, at slightly higher prices and has retained most of his shares.  All insider purchases have been made under $15, and with the dividend coming up in just a couple of weeks, CVA is now tops on my shopping list below that level.
