Resonant has announced another design agreement with a fourth vendor, this time for SAW duplexers.  Though the terms are once again undisclosed, they include upfront and milestone payments.  I'd guess these are similar to the ones in prior agreements, which seemed to be in the tens of thousands of dollars and did not enable the company to avoid diluting shareholders.  Although I continue to think Resonant has great potential, I'm not a fan of RESN at current prices.

AU Optronics is also selling its stake in its Malaysian JV to co-owner SunPower for $170M over 4 years.  This wouldn't be worth mentioning on its own, but it is a minor positive.
