IDT issued a press release late Friday night saying that it has received approval from the CFIUS, which was the last remaining.  Consequently, the transaction should be completed on March 29th and the IDTI section of the website will go public by then.

In the 2.5 years between my initiating coverage and the company receiving the Renesas buyout offer, IDTI roughly tripled.  I hope subscribers benefited from this, and any who would like to make a public testimonial to that effect can reach out to me about receiving a subscription rebate in return.
