IDT bid filing was fraud and more ?2

An SEC report has shown the Chinese filing that I reported on a month ago to be fraudulent.  This doesn't really have any affect on the company or stock.  Still, I wanted to document a point on which I guessed wrong.

In the meantime, the market has confirmed my assessment that IDTI was undervalued at the time.  Though the company continues to pump out innovative products for wireless communications and power, amongst other components, I see IDTI as closer to fair value now.
