a brief Ebix update ?3

Zinnia has closed its acquisition of Ebix’s North American Life and Annuity Assets.  Fraud charges against Ebix have also been dismissed, both in court and by the SEC, because it's not illegal to be stupid.  The bankruptcy court has extended proceedings through June 14th, during which time the debtors will seek to sell off other Ebix assets of the company.  Hearings are scheduled for April 11th & 22nd, which I do not intend to follow in real time.  EBIXQ has been trading just below a dollar, and my increasingly disinterested guess continues to be that when everything is finalized nothing of value will remain for those shareholders.  However, the EBIX section will not go public until that has been proven, and that will hopefully coincide with the other service and website changes at which I've hinted.
