Ebix 10-QNT filing and estimates ?3

Ebix filed the delay form for its 10-Q this afternoon as I already covered when discussing the conference call.  However, many news sites are treating this as if it is an unexpected event, and EBIX has dropped 5% so far today to trade just above $29.

The form itself states that the 10-Q will be filed on or before May 17th with operating income over $30M from revenue above $285M.  More than $200M of the latter comes from India, but less than $1M of the income.  Average estimates are for 88 cents of EPS from $184M of revenue.  So, the company should beat on the bottom line and blowout on the top.  Earlier today I mentioned EBIX along with GLNG and BGCP as stocks that I think could outperform the 40% annualized return expected for MX this year and I still think so, despite a misguided market.
