Another 54K shares bought by the CEO at $16.05 yesterday.  It'll make even less immediate difference in the current market, but with 12.5% ownership of the company, you can't say the CEO isn't invested.

There's no arguing that shares or cheap at around 7x trailing earnings, even with the subpar execution.  The CEO's double digit percentage stake is also impressive.  I definitely understand why investors shy away from both Ebix and India, but it also has more rebound potential than anything else I cover.
