Open Market XONE buy from incoming CEO +2

ExOne has just reported an open market buy from its new CEO.  This is a positive, though somewhat common move in such cases because it tends to give a bump to the stock that is being granted.   It further mitigates, but still doesn't reverse my negative stance on the stock.
