Resonant MoU puts it on the pick list +4

Resonant is a sister company to Superconductor Technologies that is innovating in the area of radio frequency filters.  The holy grail for the company, and the industry is a tunable filter, but this morning's memorandum of understanding with a current customer indicates to me that Resonant aims to be able to finance its activities without further capital raises.  Quantified details on the payments are missing, making this is another GRoDT stock.  Nonetheless, I see this announcement as material and think there may be more upside than the initial market reaction is giving credit for, especially given a rebate rate over 10% .
